Why create an account?

You can create an account to facilitate your shopping experience on the Brillionaire e-Boutique. Once registered, you will not need to re-enter your personal data and checkout is faster.

How do I shop online?



Your Shopping Bag
The creations added to your Shopping Bag will be kept there for as long as you are logged in.

 

Your first purchase
All creations that display a “Add to Shopping Bag” button may be purchased online, subject to availability.
Once you have made your selection, please click the “Add to Shopping Bag” button to place the product in your shopping bag.
When you are ready to finalise your order, please click the “Checkout” button: you will then be guided though the order process. You may remove products from your shopping bag by clicking on “Delete”.
To complete your purchase you will need to create an account or log in to your existing account.
When you have completely reviewed your order, click on the “Confirm and place order” button on the Website to place your order.

How do I shop through the Customer Services helpdesk?

Delivery

Shipping options depend on your delivery address. The estimated delivery time and shipping fees are indicated when the billing address is entered.
 Please note that a personalised creation (e.g. engraving or bracelet adjustment) will require a longer delivery time.

Return & Exchange Policy 

You will need to contact B my Brillionaire Client Services within 14 days. B my Brillionaire Client Services will issue a Return Authorisation Number to you by email. Upon receipt of this number you have 14 days to return or exchange your purchase.
Only creations purchased through the B my Brillionaire e-Boutique may be returned or exchanged through the B my Brillionaire e-Boutique.
Creations that have been engraved or modified may not be returned or exchanged.

What is a CVV?

“Card Verification Value” is an anti-fraud feature to help ensure that the person placing an order is in possession of the credit card.
The CVV is a three or four digit number printed on the front or back of the credit card.
The CVV appears in different places on different types of cards:
 American Express: Four digit number printed on the front of the card, above the end of the embossed account number.
 MasterCard / Visa / Discover / Diners Club / JCB: The final three digits printed on the signature panel on the back of the card, following the account number.

WHAT IS THE RE-SIZING SERVICE?

Adjustment of the size:
For rings, the jeweller opens up the body of the ring using a miniature saw. He removes or adds a piece of metal, and then, using tweezers, reassembles the two separated parts.
In the case of a chain or a piece of jewellery with links, the adjustment is performed by removing or adding links before reassembling the piece.
Polishing, using brushes saturated with three different abrasive pastes, until a dazzling surface is obtained;
Cleaning the piece of jewellery, particularly its less accessible parts, by immersion in an ultrasonic tank filled with lukewarm soapy water. All jewellery creations may be subjected to ultrasound treatment, except for those containing emeralds, pearls and certain other gems that are considered too delicate.
Rhodium plating: to reinforce the whiteness and brilliance of white gold, it is sometimes covered with a fine layer of rhodium, a rare precious metal of the platinum family.
 
This process consists of the following stages:
Before polishing, the remaining layer of rhodium is removed so as to obtain a naked surface to which the new layer can be applied;
After polishing, the jewellery is immersed in a rhodium bath to deposit a new fine layer of metal on the surface of the white gold.
A technical and aesthetic inspection is carried out in accordance with B my Brillionaire quality criteria.
 
Please note that during the polishing process a fine layer of metal is removed. This is why we recommend you do not have this service carried out more than twice in the lifetime of a piece of jewellery made of white or yellow gold. It should also be noted that certain deep scratches cannot be removed. Please also note that it is technically impossible to polish white gold so as to give it a black finish.

WHAT IS THE ENGRAVING SERVICE?

The Engraving Service enables you to personalise your B my Brillionaire creation by engraving (subject to technical constraints and the space available) either a name, phrase or date (in a range of different languages) or a symbol or design on your creation.
 Engraving is a complimentary service offered up to three months following purchase, on presentation of the B my Brillionaire certificate of authenticity.
Performed by a B my Brillionaire jeweller and engraver, the service includes the following elements:
The diagnosis;
The engraving process: the opportunities for engraving a permanent engraving options in the metal will depend on the available surface area on the jewel. Engraving is traditionally performed using a graver, a tool with which the engraver cuts into the metal. Most engravings are nowadays performed by laser since this technique offers a higher degree of accuracy.
The piece of jewellery is cleaned, particularly its less accessible parts, by immersion in an ultrasonic tank filled with lukewarm soapy water. All jewellery creations may be subjected to ultrasound treatment, except for those containing emeralds, pearls and certain other gems that are considered too delicate.
A technical and aesthetic inspection is carried out in accordance with B my Brillionaire quality criteria.
N.B. : An engraving may be removed or replaced by another.

Is a B my Brillionaire e-Boutique application available for download to shop from my mobile phone or tablet?

Although B my Brillionaire does not offer a specific application, our websites and online shopping can be accessed from your mobile phone or tablet.

May I change or modify the chosen payment method or delivery type after my online order is confirmed?

You cannot modify the payment method or the delivery type once your order has been confirmed.

How may I receive a receipt for my purchase online or over the telephone?

You will receive a delivery slip in your package with no prices listed.
 A receipt for your purchase will be posted to you separately unless you have indicated otherwise at the time of entering your billing address.

Is it possible to charge a single order to two different credit cards, or to use two different payment methods for the same order?

We are unable to accept payment using two different credit cards for a single order. If you are ordering more than one product, we suggest you make a separate order for each purchase.

How many B my Brillionaire items may I purchase in one order?

You may purchase a maximum of fifty B my Brillionaire creations in one order.

May I include a personal gift message with my purchase?

A blank card is enclosed with every purchase. We can print your message on this card. If you wish to use this service, please enter your message prior to entering your billing address.

What are the shipping fees and delivery times?

If I am not satisfied with my purchase, may I cancel, return or exchange it through B my Brillionaire e-Boutique?

You will need to contact our B my Brillionaire Client Services within 14 days. B my Brillionaire Client Services will issue a Return Authorisation Number to you by email. Upon receipt of this number you have 14 days to return or exchange your purchase.

Only items purchased through the B my Brillionaire e-Boutique may be returned or exchanged through the B my Brillionaire e-Boutique.

Does the B my Brillionaire e-Boutique offer engraving?

Engraving is available on certain creations. For further information on engraving, please contact Customer Service.

 If you wish to have your B my Brillionaire creation engraved, please enter the text at the time of selecting the creation on the website. This service is also available when placing an order through the B my Brillionaire Client Services.

 Please note that engraved creations cannot be returned or exchanged.
